Men's Health
Men's health, assessed properly.
A structured review of the hormonal, metabolic and lifestyle factors that influence how men feel, perform and recover, with care that continues beyond the first result.
Symptoms are the starting point, not the diagnosis.
Fatigue, low motivation, changes in body composition, poor sleep and reduced drive are commonly dismissed as a normal part of getting older. Often they are, but sometimes they reflect something measurable.
Our role is to assess your presentation thoroughly, investigate where investigation is warranted, and be clear with you about what the findings do, and do not, mean.
Commonly reported
- Persistent fatigue despite adequate sleep
- Reduced motivation, drive or mental sharpness
- Changes in body composition or strength
- Low libido or sexual function changes
- Mood changes or irritability
- Poor recovery from training or work
How we approach it
01
Comprehensive assessment
Hormonal, metabolic, nutritional and lifestyle contributors are reviewed together rather than in isolation.
02
Evidence-led pathways
Any recommendation is based on your clinical picture and results, with the rationale explained to you.
03
Monitored over time
Ongoing review ensures your pathway continues to suit your circumstances, not just your first appointment.

Typically assessed
What may be investigated as part of this pathway.
- Free & total testosterone, SHBG
- FSH/LH, oestradiol (E2)
- Prolactin
- Cortisol, DHEAS
- Cholesterol, TG, HDL, LDL and glucose
- Full blood count (FBC)
Testing is determined clinically. Not every marker is relevant to every person, and your practitioner will explain what is being investigated and why.
Questions
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required to begin an assessment. If your situation is better served by another specialist, we will tell you.
What if my results are normal?
That is a useful outcome. We will explain what was assessed, what it rules out, and what else may be worth exploring.
Is Complete Health Clinic available Australia-wide?
Yes. Consultations are conducted via telehealth with Australian-registered practitioners, and pathology is arranged through collection centres across the country.
