Health Optimisation
Preventative health, started before it is urgent.
A thorough baseline of your current health and risk markers, reviewed at sensible intervals so change is noticed early rather than late.
The most valuable health data is the data you already have.
A single result tells you where you are. A series of results tells you where you are heading, which is considerably more useful.
Preventative assessment establishes your baseline across cardiometabolic, hormonal and nutritional markers, and sets a review rhythm appropriate to your age and risk profile.
Who this suits
- People with a family history of chronic disease
- Anyone wanting an objective health baseline
- Those approaching a new life stage
- People managing early risk markers
- Anyone who has not had bloods in years
- Those wanting structured annual review
How we approach it
01
Comprehensive baseline
Cardiometabolic, hormonal, nutritional and inflammatory markers assessed together.
02
Risk in context
Findings are interpreted against your history, family history and lifestyle.
03
A review rhythm
Scheduled reassessment makes trends visible, which is where preventative value actually sits.

Typically assessed
What may be investigated as part of this pathway.
- Cholesterol, TG, HDL, LDL
- Glucose and insulin
- High sensitivity CRP
- Liver (LFT) and kidney (UEC) function
- Full blood count (FBC), magnesium
- Testosterone, SHBG, oestradiol (E2)
Testing is determined clinically. Not every marker is relevant to every person, and your practitioner will explain what is being investigated and why.
Questions
How often should this be repeated?
Most people benefit from annual review, with more frequent testing where a specific marker is being followed.
Will this replace my GP?
No. We work alongside your regular GP and can share results with them at your request.
Is Complete Health Clinic available Australia-wide?
Yes. Consultations are conducted via telehealth with Australian-registered practitioners, and pathology is arranged through collection centres across the country.
