Hormone Health
Hormone health, measured and understood.
Hormones influence energy, mood, sleep, body composition and recovery. Assessing them properly means reading results against the person in front of you.
A single number rarely tells the whole story.
Reference ranges describe populations. They do not describe you, your symptoms, your history or the trajectory of your results over time.
Our assessment combines comprehensive pathology with a detailed clinical review, so findings are interpreted in the context that makes them meaningful.
Areas assessed
- Sex hormones
- Growth hormone markers
- Adrenal and stress markers
- Metabolic regulation
- Sleep and recovery patterns
- Nutritional cofactors
How we approach it
01
Context over cut-offs
Results are interpreted alongside symptoms, history and trend, not against a range in isolation.
02
Appropriate investigation
We test what is clinically indicated for your presentation rather than applying a blanket panel.
03
Structured follow-up
Repeat testing at sensible intervals shows direction of travel, which is often more informative than a single point.

Typically assessed
What may be investigated as part of this pathway.
- Free & total testosterone, SHBG
- Oestradiol (E2), FSH/LH
- Prolactin, progesterone
- Cortisol, DHEAS
- IGF-1, growth hormone
- Insulin and glucose
Testing is determined clinically. Not every marker is relevant to every person, and your practitioner will explain what is being investigated and why.
Questions
How often is retesting needed?
It depends on your pathway. Intervals are set clinically and explained to you in advance so there are no surprises.
Do you treat everyone who has an assessment?
No. If treatment is not clinically appropriate, we will say so and discuss alternatives.
Is Complete Health Clinic available Australia-wide?
Yes. Consultations are conducted via telehealth with Australian-registered practitioners, and pathology is arranged through collection centres across the country.
